Spaghetti with Spaghetti Squash Noodles.

Picture
Ingredients:
1 lb grass fed beef
1/2 lb Italian sausage. (We usually buy at whole foods ground but if you can only get sausage links that's ok too)
2 medium size spaghetti squash
1 cup cherry tomatoes chopped
Lots of garlic minced, as much as you like
1 onion chopped
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1tsp parsley
2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 jars moms spaghetti sauce gluten free ( I usually use 1 1/2 jars)

Directions:
Cook your spaghetti squash.  For directions on how to cook spaghetti squash : CLICK HERE
On stove top cook sausage first if its in a casing cut the sausage out of casing and cook on stove top and break it up.  Once cooked ad the beef and cook until all cooked through.  In a bigger pot sauté garlic and onion then add the beef and sausage, tomato sauce, tomatoes and seasonings and let simmer.  Then once spaghetti squash is cooked, shred into a bowl add the sauce and mix all together.  It's that easy!

Optional for the cheese lover: shredded manchego cheese.  I've also added a sheep milk feta in the sauce before .
