(you can also use almond butter ) ⅓ cup raw honey 1 egg 1½ tsp baking soda 2 tbsp coconut flour ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (I try to get ones that have a high percentage of cacao) Instructions In large bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, egg, and baking soda. Mix in coconut flour. Mix in chocolate chips Form into balls onto baking sheet leaving room between each. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes Let cookies cool on baking sheet before removing
