1 cup peanut butter...always buy organic and if possible Valencia peanuts here is a great short article on why you should buy Valencia:
(you can also use almond butter )
⅓ cup raw honey
1½ tsp baking soda
2 tbsp coconut flour
¼ cup dark chocolate chips (I try to get ones that have a high percentage of cacao)
In large bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, egg, and baking soda.
Mix in coconut flour.
Mix in chocolate chips
Form into balls onto baking sheet leaving room between each.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes
Let cookies cool on baking sheet before removing
