Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mash all the bananas in a bowl until there is no clumps. Add the flour and baking powder and mix together. Then add all the other ingredients and mix together. You can do either walnuts or pecans in place of the chia seeds. Put in cupcake holders and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
