![]() Ingredients: 1lb organic chicken breast 1 head Cauliflower Coconut Oil 1-2 tablespoons 1/2 cup raw cashews 1 bunch green onions Couple garlic cloves minced Sauce 2 tablespoons vinegar 1/4 cup Raw honey 1/2 cup coconut aminos or braggs liquid aminos 1/4 cup Ketchup Fresh ginger grated about 2 tsp Crushed red pepper (the more the spicier) Instructions First I made cauliflower rice and put in oven to bake. While rice is cooking... Cut up chicken into bite size pieces. Heat coconut oil on stove top and cook chicken. Add the cashews, garlic and onion when chicken is about half way done. In another pan heat all the sauce ingredients together. Heat for about 5 min stirring. Once mixed together pour over chicken. Serve with cauliflower rice.
