5/28/2014 0 Comments Harissa Chicken![]() The seasoning for this chicken is one of our favorites and you can use it on anything. The brand we buy is spicely organic harissa it has no salt and no sugar. Be careful on how much you use because it does have a little spicy kick to it! ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast Harissa seasoning Goats milk feta cheese 1 small Can of olives Grapes tomatoes 1 Onion Coconut oil Instructions: Pre heat oven to 350 Cut any excess fat off of chicken season one side of each chicken breast with the seasoning. If you like it a little more spicey season both sides of chicken breast. Place in baking dish with about a tablespoon of coconut oil. Chop up onion and ad to dish. Cook for 25 min or until chicken is cooked through. Pull chicken out of oven and add a small can of sliced olives, handful of chopped tomatoes and 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese. Bake another 10 min. Take out of oven and enjoy!
