Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1/2 a cup coconut flour
1 cup protein powder
1 cup gluten free oats
2 tablespoons cacao
1/4 cup shredded coconut
4 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1/4 cup raw honey (optional)
1 simply lite bar broken into pieces or dark chocolate chips about 1/4 a cup
1/2 cup coconut milk I stir all this together before adding the eggs.
( If mixture is too dry you can always ad more coconut milk)
Mix it all together. Then put parchment paper on a baking sheet and pour batter onto parchment paper and flatten the batter out. Bake for about 15-20 minutes. I then cut it into size of protein bars put in the fridge and eat for breakfast or anytime on the go!
