Here is our go to juicing recipe that our daughter loves too! Juicing is an awesome for your body to absorb a lot of nutrients easily. The only thing we recommend is to separate the juice a couple hours from you eating other food or have it as your meal.
3 large carrots 1 large cucumber 1 beet beet leaves and stems 1 apple 4 handfuls kale 4 handfuls spinach 4 pieces of celery 1 lemon I get about two glasses with this.
