![]() Dark Chocolate Frosting Ingredients 2 cups dark chocolate chips ( we used whole foods dark chocolate chips 67 % cacao) 2 cups butter (we used grass fed butter (KerryGold)...it made a difference in taste I promise!) How to Make In medium saucepan, melt chocolate chips and butter over medium low heat, stirring frequently so it does not burn. When melted, we poured into a Pyrex bowl and put in refrigerator for about and hour Remove from fridge and if you are patient enough allow frosting to get to room temperature. Then you mix the frosting like crazy to a consistency of your liking. Then frost away! Cupcakes Ingredients 1/2 cup coconut flour 6 eggs, at room temperature 6 Tbs. raw honey 6 Tbs. coconut oil 2 Tbs. coconut milk 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar Instructions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a muffin tin with liners. Mix the coconut flour and eggs until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Divide evenly between the muffin tins. Bake about 20 min. You want to be able to have a tooth pick come out clean from the middle of the cupcake. Let them cool completely Once frosting is ready frost cupcakes. Makes about 8 cupcakes.
