“When health is absent Wisdom cannot reveal itself, Art cannot become manifest, Strength cannot be exerted, Wealth is useless and Reason is powerless.” -Herophilies, 300 B.C.
Think about this one. Really think about this. If your are not healthy it is impossible to live out your 100% potential. You can not be used to fully serve your purpose. If you are sick, how easy is it to meditate or pray? If you have a headache, how are you going to paint that masterpiece? If you are rich, what does it matter if you can't enjoy your money because of health reasons? I have heard it hundreds of times and I know I will again. "I can't afford it" or "I only do what my insurance will pay for" YOU can't afford not to! The number one cause of bankruptcy in this country is medical bills. Invest now in your health, key word is invest. It's not an expense, it is an investment. An investment that will return far more than any stock or bond could return. There is nothing else more valuable! and if you rely on an insurance company, a for proft corporation, to determine when and what you invest in, you are going to be very disappointed in the outcome. I have never seen an insurance company be proactive, paying for gym memberships and organic groceries, or even covering a complete chiropractic wellness program. Pills are just much cheaper and easier. So take responsibility for your own health, because in the end you and your family are the only ones who really care. If youre gone, the insurance companywill not miss a step. Trust me. I spend more on food, supplements, and health products than i would say 99% of the population but I never look at it as an expense. It is an investment! You only have one life, here at least, and Im going to spend mine healthy and enjoying the things i like to do. I posted an article last week on the NFL linebacker who spends $600k per year on his health and body, with a large portion of that on chiropractic care! Talk about investing in himself! But he knows his career depends on it. But guess what so does yours! And even more importantly so does your life! If you missed the article on James Harrison here is the link. http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/bengals-lb-james-harrison-spends-600-000-per-152927379.html
