It is common knowledge today that smoking causes cancer. But 50 years ago that was not the case. In fact some of you may have been born in hospitals where the doctors smoked while they delivered. It also wasn't very long ago that doctors were on TV or in magazines telling you what kind of cigarettes they smoked, these type of ads ran all the way through the 1950's. I like to always add here that the founder of chiropractic DD Palmer, said in 1895 that smoking poisons the nervous system. But chiropractors are the quacks right? Anyway back to the topic.... Over the years more and more evidence piled up that proved smoking caused lung cancer. Now, this didn't happen overnight, tobacco companies tried their best for a very long time to with hold this research. But it finally did, and since then there has been a steady decline in the number of people who smoke. With this decrease of people who smoke, what else should we expect? That's right a decrease in lunch cancer. Not very hard to come up with that conclusion, common sense right? So as a result since 1975 incidence of lung cancer in men has decreased by 28%. Ok but that's men, what about women? Well historically the percentage of men who smoke is much higher than that of women. And currently in the US 21.3% of men smoke compared to only 16.4% of women. So why then has the incidence of lung cancer rose in women by 98% since that same year, 1975... Ummm something's not making sense right? You can refer to the chart above to follow the trend.
So what would be causing this increase in only women? Well what is one thing that every woman for the last how many years has been recommended to get? A mammogram. We have to zap you with radiation every single year to make sure you don't have breast cancer. What is right behind your breasts? You are good at this game, that's right your lungs. Well how much radiation are we talking about? Well a mammogram is only 1,000 times stronger than a chest xray. That's right only 1,000 times. A lot of research is currently coming out on mammograms and the dangers of them. Enough for experts now to recommend against anyone under 50 from getting them. You can read more here. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2009/12/05/avoid-routine-mammograms-if-you-are-under-50.aspx. In fact there has been many studies coming out now that shows there is actually no benefit from getting mammograms, and that this screening procedure's risk outweighs the potential benefit. You can read more here. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2014/02/26/mammograms.aspx. With all of this research it is safe to say that you need to take an alternative approach to breast cancer screening, one of the tools I recommend is thermography. You can easily find someone in your area who uses thermography for breast cancer screening. For more information on mammograms and what else you can do read here. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2012/03/03/experts-say-avoid-mammograms.aspx And in case you forget.....

I am going to try to keep this blog as short as possible, as this topic is very hard to condense. My goal with this blog would be just a brief introduction of certain topics that may get you to stop and think, and possibly research further in to it yourself. It seems like media everyday is getting harder to trust, and they continue to only push the stories or headlines that support the agenda of their corporate sponsors. As I have said in past blogs on certain topics I try very hard to differentiate between conspiracy and fact, and only present the facts. Sometimes being presented with new information can be hard to swallow, and even enrage people. But sometimes over time this new information goes through a process and comes out as common knowledge on the other side. If you were to tell someone 20 years ago, heck even 5 or 10 years ago that milk doesn't make your bones strong. They would have thought you were crazy! But I've seen all the milk mustaches! It has to be true! Haha. Now we know, it has been proven that cow's milk hurts your bones.
I have joked for a long time that if everything was a conspiracy, meaning that this causes cancer, that causes autism, this company is putting profits before your health, or this section of government is being bought, or certain people never want a cure for something...If all of this was conspiracy 100% of the time then why are cancer and disease rates going through the freaking roof! Why are they going up every year? If we need to lower blood pressure and cholesterol to avoid heart disease then why the hell are heart disease rates going up?!!! People are taking the meds, I meet them everyday. So long story short, I think sometimes things get dismissed as conspiracy, but may actually have some truth behind it. With that said, with the recent Ebola freak out and other events going on in Africa, I think something is not adding up. And when things don't add up, or don't make sense, typically there's somebody lying. There are my people that believe that Ebola originally transferred to humans by vaccine programs in Africa. Now before you go that's crazy, there has been a long history of man made diseases. Again, I am trying to keep this blog as short as possible. But vaccines contain viruses, viruses that have to be cultured, many of them in animal tissue. I have even read a book that linked HIV to the polio vaccine that was cultured on monkeys. The HIV virus in Monkeys is called SV40, unharmful to them, but HIV in us. This might sound crazy, and something out of a science fiction novel. If you want more info on this you can read more here. http://www.nvic.org/vaccines-and-diseases/Polio-SV40/BLFTestimonySV40.aspx . There is also some recent studies that are linking the use of aborted fetal tissue to culture vaccines on to the rise in autism and childhood cancers. For more info on that topic read here. http://www.vaccine-tlc.org/human. Again this sounds crazy right? It is no secret that drug companies have tested vaccines and drugs on poorer nations like India and African countries. There has been such a scare between this link of Ebola and vaccines, that you may have seen on the news Africans refusing to get vaccinated by Red Cross and them saying that the only people getting sick are the ones who got the shots. This even led to attacks on doctors and Red Cross workers. This was brushed off in the media as just "uneducated people" reacting to despair. Maybe, again I don't know, but something doesn't seem right. Maybe the people who actually live there would maybe have an idea of what's going on. Seems to make sense to me. So what would be the whole point of this? Again, I don't know but I know it has created a lot of hysteria, and has caused a rush on Ebola drugs and vaccines. That have even been given special permission to not go through the typical testing that is usually required. Let me ask you, does it really make sense for us to have a vaccine for something that has only been transmitted to a few people in the US? No, of course it doesn't but it makes a whole lot of money. So what else is going on in Africa? Well there is a huge tetanus vaccine push going on in Kenya that many people believe is a sterilization process. Again sound crazy? Well maybe not as crazy as you may think, there was enough worry for the Catholic Church to get involved. You can read more here. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-29594091. This wouldn't be the first time this happened either, in 1995 it was found that tetanus vaccines given in the Philippines were laced with drugs that caused sterilization and spontaneous abortions. In fact, the Supreme Court of the Philippines found that vaccines used in a UNICEF anti-tetanus vaccination program contained B-hCG, which when given in a vaccine, permanently destroys women's ability to sustain a pregnancy. Approximately three million women had already been given the vaccine. And as I am writing this blog there are incidents arising in India with sterilization and 13 women dying in the process. Read more about that here. http://www.reuters.com/article/2014/11/14/us-india-health-sterilisation-idUSKCN0IY0K520141114 So why would this all be going on? Population control? There is a large number of people who believe at the rate we are going our world will not be able to sustain this kind of population increase. A few years ago a video went viral of Bill Gates talking about population control by the use of vaccines. If you've never seen it, you can watch it here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WUJMR3BUm2s. Gates responded to the leak of this video by stating "surprising but critical fact [is] that reducing the number of [infant] deaths actually reduces population growth." He continued by explaining the theory that parents will have more children when infant mortality is high, so as to ensure that several children will survive to take care of them as they grow old. "If you improve health in a society ... surprisingly, population growth goes down," Gates told CNN in 2008. "And that's because a parent needs to have some children survive into adulthood to take care of them when they're old. And so, if they think having six children is what they need to do to have at least two survive, that's what they'll do. And amazingly, across the entire world, as health improves, then the population growth actually is reduced." Make sense to you? Ummm that's what I thought. But he's the genius right? Not us. But did you also know that Gates has a long history of supporting Planned Parenthood, which was founded on Eugenic principles, with the goals of eliminating the lesser privileged or people seen to have genetic flaws, this was an idea and study taken up by Hitler. Don't believe me? Research the founder and history of Planned Parenthood. There is also a history of sterilization in the United States. This was first presented to me in a documentary with Ben Stein called Expelled. For more info on sterilization history in the U.S. read here http://www.uvm.edu/~lkaelber/eugenics/. But both Bill Gates and his father were big believers of population control. Just read an interview with him here. https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/bill-gates-planned-parenthood-president-dad-inspired-pro-abort-funding. And the interview mentions their belief in Malthusian concepts briefly. But just research exactly what those concepts are, you will be shocked. All comes back to overpopulation and the world not being able to withstand this amount of people. For more info on Gates, his Dad, and overpopulation you might want to read this article. http://www.naturalnews.com/035105_bill_gates_monsanto_eugenics.html. So what was the point of this blog? The point is to make people ask questions, not to just do what you are told. Make you use your brain and decide what is best for their family and stop doing things blindly without your own research. Many of these current events in Africa and now the US just aren't making sense. Like going through everything that happened it was almost like the CDC wanted Ebola to spread. Sure jump on a plane nurse. Go right ahead enjoy your cruise hospital worker. Now like I said at the beginning of this blog I try very hard not to come up with conspiracy theories. There are plenty of people on the web that will do that for me. But stuff isn't making sense to me. What is the quickest thing you can do to improve your life? Raise your standards. This can be done immediately, right now as you read this blog. What does that mean? It means that your old standard, if you created any at all, will no longer suffice. They are no longer good enough. Most people go through their life not even setting their own standards, or may in certain areas of their life and not in others. Whether it is your relationships, your health, your finances, you have standards whether you set them or not. They may have been set for you, consciously or subconsciously. They may have been shaped by others or life experiences. Your first love may have been abusive, and since then your standard is pretty low, and you attract more abusive relationships. The thing is most people do not set crappy standards, they either set high standards or none at all. Most people don't set a standard of being 25lbs overweight, if I hit 26 I immediately go to the gym until it is back under 25. So first thing, if you don't have any set standards set them. This is extremely empowering. If you do have them, they may be outdated, raise them. The old ones won't do you any good. You either are moving forward or backward, you are either progressing or regressing, you are either growing or dying. You see if you are 25 lbs overweight and now you have a standard of not being overweight than you MUST change something to meet your new standard. Because everyone knows they should lose weight or should go to the gym, but once you set the standard than that should becomes a MUST. "Most people just SHOULD all over themselves." -Tony Robbins. Michael Jordan when asked what separates him from the rest said he doesn't compete with the rest. He only competes with himself, every single day he was dedicated to being better than he was the day before. He had set a standard for himself, and anything less just wouldn't do. And what did that result in? The best basketball player the world has ever seen and probably ever will. Create your new standard right now.
